Beach Ballroom Christmas Carvery Night

Join us for a Christmas Carvery Party Night featuring a three-course carvery dinner, two drinks vouchers per person, and DJ entertainment.

The event costs £55 per person, with a £20 deposit required to secure your booking. The remaining £35 is due by 31st October 2025. Tickets are available online, and the deposit is non-refundable.

Booking Policy

By paying the deposit, you confirm your booking and acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. It is the responsibility of party organizers to inform all members of their party about this policy. If your party size decreases, the money paid cannot be transferred to cover wine, drinks, or the final balance. Full pre-payment must be completed by Thursday, 31st October 2024. Although we will try to accommodate increases in party size, this cannot be guaranteed due to space limitations.

Event Terms

This event is exclusively for guests aged 16 and over. Doors will open at 7 PM, with the event starting at 7:30 PM. The dates for the event are Saturday, 14th December 2024, Friday, 20th December 2024, and Saturday, 21st December 2024. All beverages consumed on the premises must be purchased from The Beach Ballroom. If any guests bring outside beverages, these will be confiscated, and the guests may be asked to leave the venue. The management reserves the right to seat smaller parties at shared tables, amalgamate parties, or move the event to a smaller room if necessary.

Payment Reference

When making any payments or corresponding with us, please include the name of the party, address, and date of the event booked. This helps us accurately track and confirm your payments and bookings. Ensuring that these details are included in your communications will help avoid any confusion or issues with your reservation. Once the final balance has been paid, no refunds will be issued. Any cancellations by the client will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid.

Right of Admission

The management reserves the right to refuse admission to any guest or to escort a guest off the premises if their behavior is deemed inappropriate. In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the event due to low attendance or any other reason, an alternative date or venue will be offered, or a full refund will be provided. All prices include VAT.
